Established in 2000, the company is licensed by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works to assess the conformity of investment projects and exercise construction supervision. In 2012 the company creates its subsidiary “EFFECT ENERGY” Ltd., which granted Certificate №00329/19.03.2012. for registration in the public register of the “Energy Efficiency
Agency” of persons performing energy efficiency audits and certification of buildings according to Article 23, paragraph 4 of the “Energy Efficiency Act”.
